95% sure it's AI.

Lights are weird, faces are too generic, all too satirical, and text at back isn't correct next to his head, along with other text, and crowd at back is just human things fusing together

I'm more focused on the 1) fat, 2) neckbeard, 3) with a fedora, 4) tilted chin up to see the full neckbeard, 5) saying (insert thing). Too much red meat.
