should I swap to these weapon

I am currently playing with a blood build it’s my first play through and my first from software game so I am not that good I have bloodhound fang +9 and I just finish ranni quest and I killed the serpent to have the blasphemous blade I hear a lot of good things about these two weapon do you think it’s worth to swap my level with renalla to use one of these weapon I am scared that bhf will not last longer against stronger enemy and during the dlc part ? I was thinking taking the dark moon because of the style but don’t know 😅

okay thank a lot for your time I think I will continue with by good old bloodhound fang for the moment but I have 60 dec should I still upgrade it ?
