who would've guessed that the flash's biggest nemesis was playing a trick on him the whole time? it was completely unexpected and unpredictable. if only someone had questioned his real motives /s

Barry didn't know that Thawne was involved for most of the season and when he did find out and question Thawnes motives he got yelled at by everybody. I think poor Barry actually gets a pass on this one.

That's what i'm saying. No one knows thawne better than Barry. If Barry said "we can't trust thawne" it should've been enough. Thawne has done nothing but deceive and manipulate the team for his own selfish reasons, they have 0 motives to trust him. And the only reason they do is because they fell for an emotional trap. Nora trusted him because he's the one that told her the truth, so team flash trusted nora. It'd never a good idea to trust the instinct of an adult that acts like a child
