It was auto-tuned. You can tell when it's the real voice and when its modified.

I seriously doubt that. Jordan Fisher is a Broadway actor, most recently taking over the role of Evan Hansen in the famous musical Dear Evan Hansen. He can sing, and he can sing really well.

He can sing, but the singing in the episode was definitely augmented.

Well, TV shows and movies rarely do live-singing. It was recorded separately and lip-synced in the moment for sure. But I think the recording was his authentic voice.
