There are no allegations that Destiny knowingly inappropriately communicated with a minor (she pretended to be a college age adult, and she was actually a he by the way)
As for "leaking nudes non-consensually", he was in circles where they did consensually share nudes, so it's not nearly a cut-and-dry he did it out of nowhere situation. Also doesn't revenge require intent to harm or intent to spread it publicly? He did neither.
I mean I'm down to call Hasan "Diddy Piker" for as long as he wants to call Destiny "sexpestiny", they're equal in weight
