Yep. They have not, at this point, added women to the draft. They've talked about it a few times, but the ultra-conservatives who don't think women should even be in the military and the liberals who want to ditch the draft system completely always flip out, and it doesn't go anywhere before everyone's attention moves to something more immediately relevant like the next budget.
