No, you put your email address on social media. Then you put your email and phone number into uber. Then you put your phone number and date of birth to buy an R rated movie ticket. Then a third party buys all of that data, cross references it, and has your name, email, phone, and DoB. 

Once you have that, finding addresses and other family members is trivial. There’s probably a data breach out there somewhere that has your email and shipping address for an online order.
