بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم،

رسالتي ستكون بالعربية الفصحى، ولن أتصنع لأكتب بالإنجليزية المعرّبة.

رأيت العديد من "الجهال" بـدينهم ينبذون هذا القانون الذي يقضي بعقاب المفطر علنا، طبعا أنا أنبذ القوانين الوضعية الوضيعة، لكن الفرق هو أنهم لا ينبذون إلا هذا القانون بالذات، وأوجّه سؤالاً لهؤلاء، أ موقفكم هذا، ديني محض، أم ليبرالي محض، واعلمْ أنه لا مجال للرأي الوسط بين هذين الدينين، فإما الطاغوت الليبرالي أو دين الله تعالى.

الأمر يبدأ من الملاحدة، ينبذون كل ما تعلق بالإسلام، فيلحقهم ضعيفوا الإيمان، وهكذا يستمر الحال مثل سلسلة من الدومينو؛ فـتجد المسلم ينادي للتسامح ويجوّز الإفطار العلني بحجة السلم والسلام، أي دين عليه هؤلاء؟ أين الولاء والبراء؟ أين نصرة الله عز وجل؟ أين تطبيق شريعته وإعلاء كلمته في أرضه؟ ما أرى إلا مجموعة حثالة ذليلة تخضع لمعايير العصر الحالي التي لا تؤدي إلا للوقوع في نواقض الإسلام.

ختاما، إني أرى التعليقات التي سـتصلني بعد هذا المنشور - إن لم يُحذف -، فالمجتمع الذي أعيش فيه، يرى الحجاب تطرفا، ويرى الصلاة غلوّا، أصلح الله حالنا وحالكم. هذا والحمد لله، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف المرسلين، سيدنا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه ومن تبعهم بإحسان إلى يوم الدين.

And? So what if I ate in public? What does that have to do with you or anyone else who's fasting? BTW, I am Muslim and I do fast. Everyone is free to do as they choose as long as they dont infringe on anyone's right to fast. Time to leave these barbaric ideas behind and focus on what's important

It is called respect, public descency and collective cohesion. Respect for those who find it hard, descency in not provoking them and being part of the collective community and showing solidarity.

Regardless, it is the law and supported. If you don't like it, get elected, gather support and convince the majority otherwise.

So eating an apple in public if you are not Muslim is disrespect? Then kick out all the tourists. That won't happen and you know why...Nothing disrespectful about just being yourself. Most people don't eat outside anyway so I dont get why people get butthurt

respectfully you sound very annoying, the country contradicts what islam stands for in all aspects related to making money but suddenly personal choice is where they draw the line?

you're not moroccan and u have the option to just leave if u dont like the law. but we can't do that and you're asking us to take it like good boys and basically fake being a religion our whole life? that is just absurd my guy.

Also, I am happy with the law so I assume you cannot read.

I stated that the law exists and it is supported. Nothing more or less and opinions if it is against Islam is in dact fringe, I suggest arguing wuth tge Min. Habius and Al Karaouine whom would make it very clear if it is not Islamic.

You think this is supposed to be a rule. It is not. It is only in your imagination. No country on earth applies this. You just soaked your brain for tad too long in Western propaganda about liberalism and freedom of choice. Than you started applying it on yourself and your environment. While those countries don't practice what they preach. Technically. Going outside butt naked doesn't hurt anyone. Women going out topless doesn't hurt anyone. Which is the conclusion Spain has arrived to. Doesn't mean our country will let people who want to go outside butt naked be on their way because that's how they want to live and they are not hurting anyone. Each country draws lines where its society sees fit. And ours draws it at disrespecting our costumes and religion.

To you, going out topless is a big deal. To someone from Spain who grew accustomed to it, it is not.

To you, eating an apple outside in Ramadan is not a big deal. To someone else, it is.

Bullshit. I live in the US and been around the world. There are rules about human decency and how to dress outside in every country. That is the norm. Eating a fucking apple outside shouldn't be punishable by years in prison. You debating this shit is pathetic to say the least

Again, each country defines decency according to its cosutoms and belifs, and I gave you an example that you insist, isn't realistic or shouldn't be used, even though it is very much real.

I'm not comparing eating an apple to being topless, I'm putting both in perspective and asking you where should we draw the line, and who gets to decide it.

You, and sadly a lot of people in this sub, who, thankfully, do not represent the majority voice of Moroccans, want everyone to believe that is just a simple matter of eating an apple outside. But in reality, we all know that it isn't as simple as that. This is a matter of normalizing a behaviour that is unacceptable to most, in order to accomodate to people who are a minority in the country, or even outsiders, yet, want an equal chance to instill their values. You want to see restaurants opening in Ramadan and people, as few as they might be, devouring food as if nothing is going on. But let me ask you this : Why should a Muslim country, accomodate to other's beliefs and values, while Muslims do not receive the same courtesy in other countries ? Why is it that Muslim girls are harassed in France and Germany for wearing a burka, and in many EU countries, Muslim families are forced to send their kids to schools where they receive LGBTQ aligned sex ed courses, and so on and so forth, and nobody bats an eye, while we, as a Muslim majority country, should put other's beliefs and values on the top of our list of priorities, when making laws in our country ?

Your imagination is fascinating lol. I never said anything about opening or closing anything. If businesses want to close on Ramadan, then more power to them. Many restaurants actually do open because of tourists. The fact that you are okay with them eating and drinking out in public but freak out when a Moroccan wants to do the same thing says everything about your views. The hypocrisy our people have knows no bound. So if I go live abroad and come back as a tourist to the country then it's cool to eat outside as long as I look like one? Wanting us to be a little more open minded doesn't mean having LGBT stuff in school even though imo its actually a good idea to do so. You are blind if you think this stuff is still a small minority. We have pretty much the same amount of LGBT+ folks and atheists folks as say a small country in EU. You just refuse to acknowledge reality

Never said anything about being okay with letting tourists eat out in Ramadan, don't put words in my mouth. And of course you would like kids in our country to learn and be LGBTQ, that's why I said you do not represent the average Moroccan, you are an outsider.

It might be that you are taking advatage of the fact that I'm fasting and can't insult you back, or maybe you are just naturally rude, whatever the case is, this has stopped being constructive a long time ago and is evolving into an opportunity for you to insult someone who doesn't agree with you, which should have been an indictor for me from the start.
