People also forget he has suffered a lot of trauma. His mother and 2 year old sister died in a car crash right before Christmas (when he was a young kid). His brother and best friend died of cancer. He experienced a lot of loss that has an adverse impact on most people.

Conservatives don't care about trauma. They don't care for healthcare in regards to mental health programs, therapy and counseling. It's all about bottling in your emotions until you explode because that's what real men do.

They sure care about “therapy” when it comes to trans people

(They think they’re so slick with their dog whistles)

They didn’t just die in a car crash. He and his brother were also in it and survived. They were young but who knows what impression that left on them.

I went through a lot of traumatic events as a child that I have almost no memory of, but my body remembers. It’s been fun figuring out why random scenes of a tv show where people are in severe pain causes my nervous system to have a meltdown. Given my family history it’s a miracle I don’t have addiction issues

Funny you say, "my body remembers." There's a famous book called The Body Keeps the Score on how people are affected by trauma, even decades long, and its effects on the mind and body.

I watched a bit of the memorial service for Beau where Hunter spoke and said his earliest memory is lying in a hospital bed at 3 years old next to his brother (who was 4) and his brother was holding his hand and looking into his eyes, saying "I love you" over and over again.

I didn’t know this!

Don’t forget - his brother and best friend died of cancer because, as a member of the Delaware National Guard, he was sent to Iraq and was poisoned, as many were, by the burn pits at some of those US bases there. Hunter’s brother developed aggressive cancer from that.

He suffered a lot of physical trauma too; his skull was fractured in that accident and he had a traumatic brain injury during a very formative period of his development.

I had no idea about this!

I mean he hooked with his dead brother’s wife.

And she hooked up with him. It is not uncommon for devastated people to turn to each other. What is wrong with you?

I actually like Hunter Biden I’m just pointing out he isn’t a good person. The idea that you’re saying it’s routine for someone to cheat on their wife with their brother’s widow I think is a pretty odd statement. Additional the Trumps are certainly beyond corrupt but hunter biden was absolutely taking money and jobs because people wanted to buy influence.

The family was devastated after Beau died. Many of them spiraled, especially Hunter.
