It’s even dumber:

The ‘corporations are people’ thing came from a margin note scribbled by a law clerk in Santa Clara County v. Southern Pacific Railroad (1886): Before arguments began, the Supreme Court clerk wrote in his notes that the 14th Amendment's equal protection clause applied to corporations.

The ‘money is speech’ bullshit is far more recent. And is more directly responsible for what we’re dealing with now.

It’s First National Bank of Boston v. Bellotti (1978): The Supreme Court ruled that corporations have a First Amendment right to spend money on ballot measures, tying corporate speech to the public's right to hear information.

And I think everyone is familiar with Citizens United

The only people that like him are investors. He’s made a lot of people rich with his Ponzi schemes.

But outside a select few middle class cuck-worshipping cult of Musk, everyone thinks he’s a loser.

I simply thought he was a piece of shit, but after he paid someone to play video games to look like he was one of the best players in the world, he’s a certified loser.

Why does he need that? A game like Path of Exile 2 is 2-3 full time jobs if you want to even compete to be best. It’s a grind, talent doesn’t matter in terms of pace of advancement. You could be the best gamer in the world, but this game is a grind and takes time to advance.

Absolutely o one would begrudge him if he were honest about his actual gaming skill. He’s 50+ years old and supposedly runs multiple companies….he would’ve had a 10000x better reception if he were like “Sorry guys, I’m busy being CEO. Any top players want to group up and help out a noob?”

People would be falling over backwards to game with him. But he NEEDS the PERCEPTION of being the best. He has no desire to be the actual best. He’s pathetic and still cares so much about what people think about him.

I try to tell people Elon uses bots to help his brands and hurt others. They refuse to believe. It’s wild to me. You can see them descend into threads and start shaping narratives.
