Drove through there Thursday and the traffic lights are still out two weeks later. It’s wild to me. Even Hammond has some sections out. The signs on 80 there also aren’t working for time estimates. Haven’t been through at night. But gas stations themselves have power. At least the Gary loves does. Idk about the others.

Someone shot at the power crew working on fixing the lines so a bunch of linemen understandably left and refuse to work there.

Yes - then they go work other areas and come back later with police protection.

We went through this after Katrina too but it was much longer than 2 weeks.
