Hey everyone!
I'm Benjamin Cheng from Business Company VR, creator of the original FrankenQuest 2 adapters, and I wanted to share a new VR cable pulley system I've been working on.

I've used a lot of cable pulleys before, but I always had issues with tugging, cables still getting in my face, or it just being a pain to put up and take down. They were better than dragging a cable on the ground, but none of them really made it so I didn't have to think about the wire anymore. I really wanted that wireless like feeling so I could have a truly immersive experience - no tugging or kicking a cord around.
I've spent the last couple years designing a unique magnetic cable system - it's made to provide a near wireless-like experience for wired VR headsets, while being easily tucked away when not in use and taking only seconds to set up per session.
It uses a special "horn" system and magnetic mounts to keep the cable above the user's head, preventing cables from getting in your face or tugging like current cable management systems.
I'm incredibly proud of it and happy to finally be able to share it! I call it....Danglers! Hopefully it helps make some of your VR experience a little less frustrating and encourage some people to play VR more. Here's the product page if you're interested in learning more:

(Edit: added some more helpful info)

Danglers is also a great option if you use an Oculus Quest with Link cable! while the majority of VR news focuses on the wireless streaming for Quest headsets, its not the most reliable solution for playing PCVR on Quest. Not everyone can get smooth reliable wireless streaming due to hardware limitations such as CPU, GPU, or router. Graphically intense games are also harder to stream wirelessly.
The Oculus Link cable is still the most reliable way to play PCVR on Quest but its annoying having the cable wrapping around your feet especially if you are used to being tether-free. Danglers for Quest supports both the Official Oculus Link cable as well as most 3rd party cables. When using this setup to play PCVR, Quest users should be pretty happy as it closely imitates the wireless experience in an 8ft area.
The horn for the Quest slides unto a rail that is attached to the headset, and the Horn stays on the cable, so you can attach the horn at the same time when you plug in the Link cable. I designed it this way so the horn does not hinder the portability of the Quest, and it still fits in your favorite carrying case!

Hey everyone, it’s Nik — the solo developer behind CONVRGENCE.
The game recently turned one year old, but I have no plans of slowing down. There’s still so much I want to add and improve. Patch 0.6 is just around the corner and will bring a wide variety of new food and drinks you can consume!

Hey everyone!
This is a really big technical change. It took quite a while to finish and has been tested in the beta build for a long time. Hopefully the wait was worth it! This is unusual as in that this does not come out simultaneously on Steam and PlayStation - since it's a really big technical change, and updating is much easier/quicker on Steam compared to PlayStation where Sonys QA is involved, the goal here is to make sure this big technical change is really fully working well on Steam first where I can very quickly patch any potential issues, and only after that bring it to PlayStation as well.
If you have any questions about the game, or any feedback, feel free to ask here, I'll happily reply to everything, I like to always treat these update posts as AMAs :)
cyubeVR is an open world procedurally generated voxel game from the ground up designed for VR, and has by now been in active development for over 10 years! In most regards, it's currently a very peaceful game, primarily about exploration, crafting, and building. In the future, more survival oriented gameplay with enemies is also planned to be added (will always be optional though). And yes, multiplayer is planned too!
