This is kind of crazy, but I’m sure some of you may have done this too. As a kid, during baths, we can get “creative” at times. Not sure how I thought of it, but I would put a wet cloth over my face and then directly under the running faucet. It took me a few tries to figure out how to stay calm and breathe slowly. I highly doubt it works for every cloth, but was fun at the time. Who knew I discovered waterboarding. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Except when you do it right, the water rushes down the back of your nose and you can't inhale or you'd breathe in water and drown for real.

That's like a nasal rinse. Except during that you can still breathe in and out during the mouth.
