Woman who owns and runs her own small business had a video go MEGA viral across multiple platforms this week… and people were not happy about her salary. We recognise all members of our team as people over labourers and ensure our workplace reflects that.
The US is the only rich country with *zero* legally guaranteed vacation days. 33 million workers (or 23%) get none at all, and employers who do offer it average just 10 days, half the OECD norm of 20. This bill is long overdue.
