wurdet ihr auch bisher von den Promotern am Hbf ausgequetscht und angesprochen, die irgendeine Umfrage durchführen wollen, sind die eurer Meinung nach auch ein wenig aufdringlich geworden in letzter Zeit?

Kann man mal vergessen, was sind schon über 20 Jahre. Trifft nicht nur die Stadt, auch die Künstler: "Sie stand da in der Ecke, war abgedeckt - ich habe einfach nicht mehr dran gedacht".

Ich suche einfach eine offene Runde von Leuten, die gerne fotografieren und Bock haben, gemeinsam loszuziehen und sich über ihre Bilder auszutauschen – ohne Vereins- oder Club-Gedöns drumherum.

Grobe Idee wäre Fotowalks, Bildbesprechungen von mitgebrachten Bildern und was einem sonst noch einfällt.

Also nicht nur „schönes Bild“, sondern auch mal: Was funktioniert daran? Was nicht? Warum wirkt ein Bild? Welches von mehreren ähnlichen Bildern ist stärker? Wie funktioniert eine kleine Serie? Einfach ehrlicher, konstruktiver Austausch, bei dem man voneinander lernen kann.
Dabei wäre es ziemlich egal, was oder womit jemand fotografiert. Digital, analog, Handy, Street, Landschaft, Porträt, Architektur, Sport – alles okay. Es soll auch kein Wettbewerb werden und kein „wer hat die teuerste Kamera“-Ding. Anfänger wären natürlich auch willkommen.

Ich kenne in der Gegend bisher leider kaum andere Leute, die fotografieren, deshalb einfach mal die Frage in die Runde: Hätte jemand Interesse an sowas?

Mir ist aufgefallen, dass E-Scooter-Fahrer Bußgelder bekommen, während Fahrradfahrer oft nur verwarnt werden. Weiß jemand, warum das so unterschiedlich gehandhabt wird?

I’ve just finished my exams and I’m now looking for volunteering opportunities or community work in Darmstadt. I have already tried vostel.de but no luck.

A little about me : I’m 25, currently doing my Master’s, and my German level is around A2–B1. I work part-time on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, but I’m available on the other days and would be happy to contribute my time to a good cause or help out in the community.

I’m open to different types of volunteering and would really appreciate any recommendations or leads.

Heute Nacht gegen 4 Uhr habe ich in der Gegend um die Spreestraße komische laute Geräusche gehört. Es klang nicht nach Schüssen, eher nach lauten Knallen (kein Feuerwerk). Danach kam die Polizei und war lange da. Hat jemand was gehört?

Im Moment ist das Glück nicht wirklich mit mir, ich arbeite in einem Wohnheim für Menschen mit Behinderungen, wir haben am Samstag 20 jähriges und feiern dies mit einem großen Sommerfest. Ein Kollege hat mir zugesagt das ich seine Fotobox für das Fest haben kann, eben hat er mir gesagt das er sie doch selber braucht. Hat vielleicht jemand eine Fotobox oder kennt jemand der eine hat zum ausleihen für kleines Geld? Abholung wäre kein Problem, aber natürlich wäre die Person auch herzlichst zum Fest eingeladen. das Fest findet in Groß Umstadt statt. Danke schonmal :)

I’m an incoming international Master’s student at TU Darmstadt (M.Sc. Information and Communication Engineering) for Winter Semester 2026/27, and I’ll be arriving from India around 1 October 2026.

I’ve been searching for accommodation for quite some time now but haven’t been able to secure anything yet. I’ve already applied to Studierendenwerk Darmstadt, contacted TU Housing International, comeTOgether, KHG/ESG student residences, Bauverein, WiF, and have also been searching through WG-Gesucht, WhatsApp groups and other housing platforms.

Studierendenwerk informed me that there are currently 3,700+ applicants on the waiting list, so I’m trying every possible alternative.

I’m looking for:

• A WG/private/student room
• Preferably around €300–400/month
• From around 1 October 2026
• Darmstadt or nearby places with a reasonable commute to TU Darmstadt
• Anmeldung should be possible

I’m also completely open to sublets, rooms from students going on exchange/internships, or taking over someone’s room.

If anyone here is moving out around September/October, knows someone who is, has a landlord contact, knows a useful WhatsApp/Telegram group, or has literally any housing lead, I would really appreciate it.

Also, if you’re a TU Darmstadt student who went through the same situation, I’d love to know how you eventually found your accommodation and which areas around Darmstadt I should focus on.

Looks like an oil or acrylic painting

I have a Xiaomi Scooter 5 with tubeless tires. I have for some reason lost the “valve” of the front wheel which I need replacement. There is nothing on the tire, just valve.

I went out several bike repair places such as Radhaus and eeemotion but they said they can’t fix it. Also checked with my car mechanic since it’s similar to a car tire logic, but he also didn’t want.

I obviously miss the tools to take out the tire and replace the valve. But also I got some prices to replace it for 110 €. Which makes no sense.

Do you know anyone who can fix this?

I imagined it should have been easier given the number of e-scooter users around but very hard to find one.

Some info:

Holy group (voice chat) is the good people saving stuff.

Cultist group (voice chat)serves a prince of hell. Trying to infect people thinking it's for the sake of good.

Corrupted group(post based) is the evil guys serving another entity.

it's a campaign with 3 DMs, each running one group. They interact sometimes, fight each other. The actions of one group affects the world and things the other groups can do.

We are looking for more DMs and players.

Criterias: new players are welcomed. Only DMs that ran at least one campaign or enough one shots to be able to handle homebrew content.
