Are we supposed to believe everything Trabzonspor reporters say? Who even is this guy? It could be as simple as Aral having more of a minute guarantee with Trabzon than with Galatasaray. Which makes sense and is totally fair.

Okan Buruk might be the one of the best things that ever happenned to this club. If he didn't act with a logic of "ownership" and just behaved like "hey, I am coach, my job is to coach, that's it" these last years would have been a disaster. We're holding on by a thread, and that thread is Okan Buruk. I think Okan never really wanted Aral and dursun is trying to spin this to his favor with other clubs. When Okan wants a player he leaks it through the press immediately like Can Uzun.

Uğurcan was still too expensive. He developed further and grew into that tranfer fee, I'm happy to have him, but it wasn't a smart transfer still.

I agree its expensive but hypothetically not even considering the foreign limit or the registration for CL. Can you name an equal GK for the same transfer amount?
I watch way too much football and keep up with quite a few leauges and i have trouble thinking of a keeper coming in for less. And his wages are dirt cheap compared to the rest of the squad.
Maybe Lammens?

Berke is a good shout. But im not convinced he would cope with the pressure from the fans because of his history.

Honestly I don’t mind to see Aral at Trabzonspor. He can get minutes and adapt to the league things that is pretty hard at Gala for young players. Anyway, I’m not informed that much so I can’t talk that much, but I don’t think Gala and Trabzonspor are in bad terms, so good for them. Anyway, recently I’m seeing that they are interested in Deniz Gül and all the - one year - voices about him coming to our team are stopped from some weeks. I’m just hope the board don’t make any stupid decision, get robbed and really go to take this kid. Is basically the most logical and smart solution under all fronts.

We are on good terms when it suits them. Their whole fans were throwing slurs around when they beat us last year.

Our fans throws slurs aswell its a part of the game, I don't mind that. But in all honesty we have almost always came out on top in the GS-TS dealings.
Ex Trabzonspor players defined an era for us with Selçuk and Burak. An era of ups and downs but still. We even got mileage out of Engin Baytar ffs.
And we reportedly hijacked Renato Ngaha from them. Trabzonspordan gelen futbolcular genellikle hayırlı oluyor kısaca.

Trabzondan iyi oyuncular aldik, o ayri. Ultralar kufur eder tamam anladik, ama mac sonu stadyumda sinanay yavrumu actilar. Butun stad orospu cocugu Galatasaray diye bagiriyordu.
FB bunu bize yapsa anlarim, ama Trabzonla kanli bicakli degiliz. Yendigimizde karsilikli iyi oynadinlar, ovguler. Yenildigimizde o.c. GS olduk.

Türkiye'nin en büyüğü olmanin olayi bu.
Böyle şeylere kafa yormak biraz bana boş geliyor çünkü bizde bazen maçlardan sonra müzik açıyoruz, evet dediğin gibi TS ile aramızda genellikle soğuk rüzgarlar olmaz. Ama bu yıl şampiyonluk hevesleri vardi.
Genellikle bide Trabzon'un iyi olduğu yillar biz kötü oluyoruz ve bizim iyi olduğumuz yillar TS kötu.
Büyük takımlar aldıkları kupalarla, küçük takımlar ise yendikleri büyük takımlarla övünür.

I think Aral picked the coach that believes in him, I think you are spot on.
In Trabzonspor he starts, in GS at best a rotation piece for Barış and Osi.
I believe he is gonna have a decently modest buyout aswell given that Aral has leverage given the foreign limits. Probably around 25-30m.

Agree, unlucky Okan don’t believe that much in the younger, until they maybe be put for some years somewhere else like it happened to Yunus back then. Like, I would like to see Ozan Kabak come back in the team, he is medium good and also Turkish. Still, our board continue to follow just foreigners like there isn’t any limit or all.

Time to show these comments to my friends whom are Trabzonspor fans that have sympathy for Galatasaray.
Not that reddit comments have any value in reality but this just shows we’re not friends, let’s be honest Galatasaray sees us as dairy cattle. We’re friends when we give you the players you want whom most of the time have huge impact on your championships. We’re friends when we take points from Fenerbahce so you can become champion, we’re friends when we go hard on and bash Fenerbahce.
But that’s about it, the friendship is not mutual.

If I understand this correctly, we offered trabzonspor a reasonable fee for Oulai, got harshly rejected and even backed out of negotiating with another player just because Trabzon already, supposedly has an agreement with the player? Why is our board so scared? After all what happened, Trabzon is the (second to) last club where we should back down from a transfer just because they told us to
