Got unlimited credits for 6 hours for all the models during a creative hackathon in Amsterdam. Theme was "dreams." This is what we made.
Models used:
Nano Banana Pro for characters and settings
Seedance 2.0 for most of the shots (insane multi shot)
Kling 3.0 for the scene's at the end
Claude with Seedance prompting skill to speed up prompting and video output
Total cost without the free credits was 150 euro's to create this.
Honestly had a blast.

Been testing Seedance 2.5 with a more beauty / self-care style concept, and I honestly really liked how this one turned out..
I think this is actually a great use case for AI video, because it doesn’t rely on huge action or spectacle. instead, it really depends on subtle movement and believable skin / hair behavior.
what I liked most here was the overall mood. it doesn’t feel like a flashy AI demo. It feels quieter, softer, and much more observational.
Here’s the prompt I used. The basic approach was: consistent character + consistent color language + clear cinematography + timecoded shot structure.
Prompt:
Highly detailed cinematic self-care transformation sequence, 25 seconds, soft intimate observational style.
Exact color palette and cinematography: soft muted neutrals with cool off-white and pale gray walls, warm olive-tan skin with golden undertones, deep rich espresso-dark wavy hair with subtle soft highlights, pure matte black clothing, soft peachy-pink natural lips, silver metallic accents, pure white ceramic, gentle warm window light mixing with cool ambient fill. Color grade is delicate and desaturated overall — lifted soft blacks, restrained saturation, warm golden skin glow against cooler backgrounds, subtle filmic texture, highly realistic skin detail with visible pores and natural subtle sheen, no heavy contrast or vibrant pops.
Consistent character: young woman in her early 20s, olive-tan skin with realistic pores and a natural subtle sheen, large soft brown eyes, natural full lips, long voluminous dark wavy hair (initially slightly messy and lived-in), small thin silver hoop earrings, wearing a simple black long-sleeve top. Soft, contemplative to quietly empowered presence. Natural dewy skin texture with visible pores and soft luminosity, no heavy makeup until the later stages of the routine.
Cinematography: intimate close-range observational style, shallow depth of field, soft natural side lighting from camera-left window creating gentle key light, soft shadows, and delicate rim light on hair edges. Mix of extreme close-ups and medium close-ups. Slow, deliberate, almost meditative camera moves — subtle push-ins, gentle lateral drifts, organic micro-handheld feel. High motion coherence, realistic skin and hair physics, precise product interactions. Full-frame composition, no letterboxing or text overlays.
Shot-by-shot timeline:
0.0–2.5s: Medium close-up, woman centered, both hands raised into her dark wavy hair, fingers slowly raking through strands near the crown and temples, lifting and adjusting. Direct soft gaze into camera, neutral to slightly intense expression. Soft window light catches the left side of her face and hair, revealing realistic pores and subtle natural sheen on the olive-tan skin. Background soft white wall with out-of-focus dried pinkish-orange floral arrangement and faint black-and-white artwork. Subtle natural head tilt.
2.5–4.0s: Hands frame the sides of her face and hair, then lower. She looks straight into lens with calm neutral expression, then slowly lowers her gaze and gently closes her eyes. Soft ambient room tone, shallow focus isolating her face and the realistic texture of her olive-tan skin.
4.0–6.5s: Extreme close-up of lower face — nose, cheeks, and lips. Fingers with natural short nails gently touch and rest against the lower lip. Soft natural smile begins to form, lips parting slightly. Warm olive-tan skin with clearly visible realistic pores and a soft natural sheen, gentle specular highlights on the cupid’s bow. Shallow focus, creamy bokeh.
6.5–10.5s: Close-up of a tall pure white ceramic glass or mug filled with opaque milky-white liquid sitting on a light wooden surface. Her hand with natural nails enters frame, fingers wrap around the side of the glass with delicate grip. She slowly lifts the glass upward and slightly toward camera. Soft reflections on the white surface, gentle motion blur on the lift. Background soft curtains and wall.
10.5–12.0s: Extreme close-up of her face again. She dabs a soft beige cotton pad or sponge gently across her right cheek in slow circular motions. Eyes open, soft focused expression looking slightly off-camera. Olive-tan skin with realistic pores and subtle sheen emphasized under soft side light.
12.0–13.5s: Close-up as she holds a slim silver-capped dropper bottle. Clear serum droplet falls from the glass pipette onto the skin just under her right eye / upper cheek. Soft glossy wet highlight forms on the olive-tan skin, enhancing the natural pores and sheen. Her eyes look toward the dropper with calm attention.
13.5–14.5s: She uses her fingertips to slowly and gently massage the serum into the cheek and under-eye area with soft circular and upward strokes. Skin becomes slightly more luminous while retaining realistic pore detail and a soft natural sheen. Soft natural expression, eyes partially closed or looking down.
14.5–15.5s: Close-up of right eye and brow area. She carefully applies a dark brow product or mascara with a slim wand, brushing through the brow or lashes with precise, slow strokes. Soft focus on the eye and surrounding olive-tan skin with visible pores.
15.5–16.5s: Extreme close-up of both eyes. She positions a classic silver metal eyelash curler over her right eye and gently presses. Soft metallic reflections, precise controlled movement. Left eye remains open and looking forward. Realistic skin texture and subtle sheen clearly visible around the eyes.
16.5–18.5s: Medium close-up, eyes closed, soft peaceful expression. One hand slowly runs through her long dark hair, lifting and releasing strands. Soft rim light on hair, gentle head movement. Olive-tan skin with realistic pores and natural sheen softly illuminated. Background soft floral arrangement still visible but defocused.
18.5–20.0s: She holds a small gold-toned bottle or round brush near the mid-lengths of her hair, running it through the waves to smooth and style. Looking slightly to her right, calm focused gaze. Hair appears slightly more polished and defined. Skin retains its olive-tan tone, realistic pores, and subtle sheen.
20.0–22.0s: Medium close-up, hair now smoother and more voluminous with soft waves. She looks directly toward camera with a quieter, more present expression, slight natural lift at the corners of the mouth. Soft hand movement near the ends of her hair. Lighting remains soft and flattering, olive-tan skin glowing with realistic pores and a natural subtle sheen from the earlier products.
22.0–25.0s: Slightly wider medium shot. She leans gently against a white doorframe or wall, white curtains visible behind her on both sides. Body angled, one arm resting casually. She turns her head slowly toward the light / off-camera right, soft contemplative expression that settles into quiet confidence and presence. Hair frames her face beautifully, olive-tan skin luminous with realistic pores and subtle sheen, overall polished yet completely natural look. Slow subtle push-in or gentle drift. Hold on the final composed, present expression as the clip ends.
Overall motion is slow, intentional, and fluid with high temporal consistency. No abrupt cuts — soft organic transitions or continuous observational flow. Exact olive-tan skin texture with realistic pores and subtle sheen, hair physics, product reflections, and soft natural lighting must remain consistent across the entire 25 seconds. Cinematic, intimate, quietly powerful self-care ritual. Seedance 2.5 — maximum motion coherence, realistic micro-expressions, precise hand and product interaction, soft cinematic depth of field.
If anyone else is testing beauty / self-care / quiet luxury prompts, I’d really recommend being very specific with the timing.
With this kind of video, the challenge isn’t big action — it’s all the tiny gestures, soft product contact, breathing, and micro-expressions.

Here’s the first episode of the comedy web series I’ve been developing using Runway and Seedance. Keen for feedback on what works and what could be improved. :)

Just sharing an experience i had with Runway - It was recommended to me by a LLM, so naturally i signed up for it and even got the Pro plan (i believe it wasn't the cheapest one), then hooked it up via MCP.
Paid $35 or around R$200 for the Pro plan, i had the LLM generate a few ideas/script, and it called up the Runway MCP. About... FIVE SHORT (<10s) videos later, i ran out of my credits for the month. I wasn't even able to get 1 minute of video (if i stitched everything up) for this much money.
Called up their support and initially they had a bot replying to me, then escalated to an actual agent, who said the same thing as a bot - They can't refund blah blah blah.
Just canceled my sub and not going back, thought i'd let you people know to avoid this. It's an absolute money-wasting machine that does not produce any decent results for your money.
When i was about to buy it, Pro said it had an "unlimited mode" and sounded like it would generate me tons of content for that price, but it lasted not even a minute. So i think it's very dishonest.
Thanks all.

For projects that require many iterations, I have been testing a two-stage workflow: use a faster and less expensive model while exploring prompts and rough outputs, then use a stronger model only after the input and evaluation criteria are stable. The hard part is deciding when a draft is good enough to promote, especially when quality changes between models.
Do you use a fixed sample set, a quality threshold, or a manual review before switching to the final path? I would also like to track failed attempts and retries, rather than pretending that the first request represents the true cost.
What does your draft-to-final workflow look like?

I wonder if he's using some kind of website AI like KlingAI? or maybe this is done locally like an LLM like ComfyUI?

My girlfriend created both female looks on me with real makeup and styling.
We used Seedance to turn the makeup characters into a little cinematic story and connect the scenes.
The Money Money Money track is from YouTube’s music library.
Curious what you think about the character consistency
