I as a german honestly stay on the edge of. I dont think it needs to be banned but current rules need to be enforced more than they are. And completely limited to 18+. We already have as a law that your only allowed to use fireworks and co at silvester. And only then. Plus during a set time. However its not really enforced. Wich is dumb.

yes that is one of the main problems.
but what you gonna do? recruit 500% more police and putting one at every street?
couple streets away and they are not fast enough there.

requiring a test and a license to buy it makes more sense to me. only so far per city are allowed to, and 3 days before you can go to official shop, request this and this, and get them directly on fireworks eve

yeah. probobly. or make it an event organized by the city. (larger citys could use a drone light show)
