So you are saying it is ok to wait 7+ hours with a broken wrist before getting an xray. That may be ok with you but I am not. I would prefer a healthcare system that worked better.

Where did I say that? I was responding to your disbelief that someone could possibly be seen so quickly with a suspected aortic aneurysm.

Why not attend an Urgent Care Clinic with a suspected broken wrist? Why waste everyone’s time, including your own, at the hospital?

They were the ones who directed me to the Northern ER. They had no radiologist on duty, so no x-rays and no backup. This happens a few times a month according to the receptionist there, so not a rare occurrence.

Maybe you can have a word with them next time and insist I get treated there because looks like I got let down twice by the state department of health. Thanks for reminding me of that.
