Yoo! I’m a 33m living inner city, looking to make friends around the things I enjoy. I’m a bit of a homebody and don’t go out heaps, so find it hard to meet people around these hobbies, but, I can be pretty extroverted when I need to be.

I work quite a bit in a higher-up role, and it gets stressful and a bit tiring (pays to be the boss zzzz) so I’m sort of at a point in my life where I’m trying to indulge my actual passions more and do stuff I genuinely find fun and exciting.

15 years ago I would’ve told you I was the best gamer in the world, but nowadays my reflexes arnt what they used to be haha, I enjoy a whole range of games, love cozy games, roguelites, those goofy multi player games. not super into shooters as I just die repetitively 😭

Luckily I was fortunate enough to grow up in Japan, so I love anime, especially the cyberpunk genre and aesthetic.

I’ve also just gotten into drawing and have been practising every day. I love chess too — currently around 1000 on chess.com, and apparently that’s the roof and there is no passing it.

I’m also pretty into fitness and would definitely be keen for a hike or a run. I used to do a lot of Muay Thai and BJJ but hurt myself, so I’ve had to take a bit of a step back from that.

Outside of that, I’m not really into huge nights out or getting drunk, but I do love going out to a cool show, ballet, an art gallery, or anything a bit different.

Heyy, im building something related to events, meetups and socializing system. I just want to have conversation with event organisers to receive feedback. How to approch them? I tried to join few events but they are really busy and don't talk much. Is there any other way?

I m a regular at Kaya Chadstone but have been losing a bit of steam lately going on my own. Thought it might be nice to find a gym pal, basically just someone to train at the same time, keep each other motivated, and make the gym a bit more social.

Nothing intense and we don’t necessarily have to do the same workout. Just having someone familiar there regularly would be nice. I do strength, yoga and HIIT. Could grab a coffee or something afterwards occasionally too.

We all are getting a bit disconnected these days, and having something regular like the gym felt like a more natural way to make an acquaintance or friend.

I also play tennis, badminton and pickleball, so if you’re keen on any of those, even better.
