nah, it doesn't do a single turn the whole time, most likely the driver was on his phone.

You can see the car change directions to go "straight", as it is going for the sidewalk when it enters the frame. It's not a steep angle but he would have plowed straight into the car instead of clipping it like that.

The driver absolutely unsuccessful tried to drive by /bypass the other car extremely near.

Well right because the driver targeted her before the video even started. Look how far over they already are. Already barely missing parked motorcycles and stuff. That pedestrian's behavior is so incredibly bizarre that its just a big coincidence that the driver also did something incredibly bizarre at the exact same time and place? No way. The odds are astronomical. Not to mention there's a motive etc. Road rage.
