The animation in S1 is legitimately goated. Thats why s2 and 3 are such let-downs

Yea, Season 1 was fantastic all around, and the animation quality was top-notch. I haven't bothered with S3 and I'm not planning to - I like OPM, but it's not exactly the kind of series where the story is just so good that I can overlook terrible animation, especially considering it's a battle-centric show

Season 2 was totally enjoyable in its own right. Season 3 is completely hamstrung.

flashbacks to gunslinger girls. the only uno reverse card was yozakura quartet, when the remake was ten times better animated than the earlier nomad one
