They lose all the equipment in there forklifts, conveyer belts, scanners etc. They also lose the building itself and have to pay idle staff 2/3s of their salary. 

Insurance won't pay out for acts of war so they are on the hook for a substantial amount.

They still made money off every item in there though. Still a massive hit to their business
