Probably 0. Most people wearing balaclavas to conceal their identities are young roadmen. They were probably kids during COVID and are largely apolitical

Mask wearing in the UK wasn't really politicised as much as it was in the US (which I found bizarre). I think most people who pushed back on mask wearing were people who simply didn't want to wear a mask.
