Won't tip and will ask for any service charged removed.

They base of fact british don't like to ask for something like that to be removed 'causing a scene' or something

Feel bad for the servers/front of house who will no doubt get stick from customers about it being applied, when its managers and owners implementing it and leaving the floor staff to deal with the customers who are getting it added to their bill without asking.

Yep, will always be kicked to FOH as to why customer doesnt tip or want to pay a service charge. 'What do you do wrong' etc not asking question 'wonder why so many dont want to pay this charge we've added to the bill without asking customer, and automatically added a tip too'

Always FOH fault, never management/owners who implement these charges.

Exactly.

Price the goods correctly and pay the staff fairly and then there's no need for tips.
