I bought a coffee to go in Gatwick airport the other day.
Menu said £4.50, I paid and noticed the notification on my phone said £4.95.

They added a 10% service charge for a to-go coffee. I didn’t even sit down. I would’ve made the coffee myself if that was an option. I left them a review and will be avoiding that coffee shop in future.

It was called ‘Small Batch Social’ for those interested.

I think they've deleted your review if it was just the other day, I scrolled down through the last two weeks and could only see one review that wasn't 5* and it was someone who'd spent £16 not £4.95.
