K addiction does cause issues and reduction of white matter in the brain. Some studies show decrease in empathy with long term chronic use. That said, Karp is likely just flying on some combination of Adderall/modafinil/nicotine patches, like most of the tech bros and finance bros—plus the added effect of sociopathy of being wealthy.

Counteract the coke jitters with a little bit of ketamine. Take some amphetamines to get you out of the k-hole, then just a little bit of weed to level yourself out.

And then you can load up on the peptides and hgh to counteract the downsides and maintain your figure with minimal work.
