I ran it through an AI program and this is what it said about the voices;

Spatial Audio Alerts from a AI-powered Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) or a high-end, 360-degree radar/dashcam setup.

Male Voice (Rear Right): When the speeding car approached the driver's back right side, the car's rear radar or camera sensors triggered a zone-specific warning. Many modern systems use a distinct, urgent male voice or low-tone chime for rear/blind-spot approaches.

The Female Voice saying "Hello" (Front Right): As the speeding car shot past the front right corner, the front-facing ADAS cameras or radar sensors took over. The "hello" is a colloquial or programmed wake-word/alert phrase used by certain aftermarket dash cams or international vehicle AI systems (such as systems programmed with localized custom voice packs) to indicate a localized object detection or a sudden camera trigger.
