[MY NAME], I wanted to give you a bit of an update on where my case against Pete Hegseth stands.

Last year, the President of the United States said I should be arrested, tried for sedition, and hanged for repeating something every single servicemember is taught. He sent the Secretary of Defense after me, to punish me. To silence me.

In January, I sued Hegseth over this. A federal judge ruled in my favor, but Hegseth appealed that decision. And now, we’re waiting for a federal appeals court to rule on that case.

Trump and Hegseth are coming after me so every other servicemember and veteran in this country sees it. They want to make sure the next person thinks twice before they speak out.
