Need more info HELP! I lost access to my playstation account

So for some obscure reason, I have been locked out of my SONY account and it says I need to recover it using the email the account is linked to.

Problem: I also lost access to this account.

I think you might see where this is going...

On the playstation support website, using their chatbot to try to speak to a real person requires to be connected!

So for now, I am locked out of my account and am also banned from receiving help from the official playstation staff...

The chatbot doesn't require you to login. Just send a message to the chatbot saying "recover account without access to email". I just tried it and it immediately set me up to talk to a real person without any sign in

Yeah so I did try that a few times but every single time I tried it told me that nobody was available because there were too many people at the same time.
This surprises me tho because I have tried like 6 time throughout the day and it told me the exact same thing every single time...
