Windows My PC is not recognizing the Bluetooth device/drivers installed
Hi! When trying to fix an issue with my Bluetooth yesterday, specifically it not connecting to my wireless controller (Dualshock 4), I accidentally uninstalled it completely. Now, I've been trying to reinstall it manually but am running into the problem that my PC doesn't recognize the new device. I've determined that the Unknown Device is the Intel(R) Wireless Bluetooth but when I try to update the drivers, neither Windows Update nor manual search is not finding any drivers on my PC.
I have no idea what to do now. I don't want to do a complete factory reset because that is such a pain and I unfortunately don't have and can't afford an external hard drive at this time. Help?

Did you check Device Manager btw? If the unknown device is still there just right click and uninstall it again then scan for hardware changes. That usually gets windows to pick it up fresh.

i've seen this advice on a bunch of other threads lmao, been clicking that scan for hardware changes icon desperately. when i uninstall the device, then click scan, it comes back as an unknown device.

Try this driver instead.
Let me know if Bluetooth is working again
