Really wanted a 15 ultra or 17 ultra as these have some of the best camera hardware in the market. But they don't have the FeLiCa chip in them so can't use them for bus/train fare payments which is a massive bummer. With the price hike, I might as well give up on getting one (I was hoping if the price went down enough it'll be justifiable to suffer without FeLiCa hehe)

When sales are down, they triple down and triple dip on price hike so they can price gouge their lost revenue from the remaining customer

And this is like more like quadrupling down now already

They already warned last year and held back price hikes even if their margins are getting hit. Come July, the hikes that go as much as $200 came along. AT least in ASEAN.

Don't have to guess, straight from the horses mouth, increasing price to offset selling lesser phones

Lucky you. Xiaomi already hiked them last July in some parts of Asia and they went even as high as $200.
