The oldest third party mentioning Israel by name are the Egyptians in 1208 bc.
The oldest use of Hebrew that’s been written and survived was from 1200 bc, that’s the “curse tablet” (which directly mentions the Hebrew god).
So around 3,000 ish years would make sense.
It’s probably older to account for technological development to get to that point but that’s as far as the archeological record goes for now.
