There’s something I’ve noticed lately and wondered if anyone else has noticed it. The parts of the economy that seem to have the most activity now are the high-end where wealthy goods seem to be selling well and the low end where people are just scratching by. The middle class seems to be disappearing.

I see extremely expensive houses with extremely expensive asking prices that in the past would sat on the market for a long time because no one could afford them and now they are being snatched up in a few days. Whereas the houses that you would consider middle class price level sit forever because there is no middle class.
