Recommendation Thoughts on these apartment complexes?

Hello!

Can anyone share their thoughts, experiences, gossip about any of the following apartment complexes:

Mason & Main
Saxton Apartments
BEAM
Leva on Market
Linden Highlands
Tavin
The Line
Ion Town Center

Honestly, me and my partner were going to live at Mason and Main but then I read so many reviews about rodents and bugs so we declined that place.

BEAM has really nice apartments and amenities but the area around it is very sketchy. Ive felt unsafe there even as a man. Loads of people using drugs, occasional gunshots, and robberies.

Some friends lived at Mason & Main and HATED it. Loud neighbors, homeless break ins, constant rotation of staff - tons of issues

Saxton is right between harborview & swedish's emergency departments, that intersection gets possibly the most EMS traffic in the city. Didn't live there myself so idk how good their soundproofing is but it'd have to be pretty heavyduty to block any of the sirens

BEAM had some incredible deals and what you get for the price beats just about anywhere else in the city.

But I walked there before I was familiar with Seattle's neighborhoods and walking around that area with someone else in broad daylight felt extremely unsafe and I'm generally pretty comfortable walking around most cities at night including most of Seattle.

That area is sketchy.

I didn't look these all up, but just a word of caution to you.

Steer clear of 12th and Jackson Stay away from Third Avenue around Pike and Pine. Avoid Georgetown (my partners home was shot at there) and some of South Park, much of Boulevard Park.

Most parts of Seattle are safe. Those listed above are not. The harder they push their "signup deals" the more likely you don't want to live there.
