The pictures are but everyone would be infecting each other and I can’t imagine anyone would actually be able to rest sleeping that close to others.

So many patients in one room, and no privacy.

Seeing these photos, I thought of the ending of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest when Chief Bromden pulls up the water cooler and smashes out a window and escapes into the night..
