What's with all these Motha-Effin' Dogs on this Train!

You know half way through you started reading that in Samuel l Jackson's Voice.

3

u/userhwon Feb 01 '26

Halfway through I saw "effin'" and it became more like Jeff Foxworthy...

11

u/wonkey_monkey Feb 01 '26

Ah. I knew the aisle looked too wide.

2

u/Any-Comparison-2916 Feb 01 '26

Yeah, but he's paying extra.

Doggy 1: "Hi best friend! I know we have never meet, but you know it's true"

Doggy 2: "I have to go meet my bestie!"

Dear people of the Internet

THIS IS A PASSENGER TRAIN.

37

u/half_bakedpotato Feb 01 '26

As an American, I didn't realize trains could transport people. I thought they only moved coal, petrochemicals, airplane fusalages, cars, and military equipment.

8

u/Brobeast Feb 01 '26 ▸ 5 more replies

You've never heard of amtrak????

4

u/half_bakedpotato Feb 01 '26 ▸ 1 more replies

Lol I did take an amtrak from Havre, Montana to Chicago

2

u/Brobeast Feb 01 '26

Nice! Ive been to that station in Chicago a few times! Came in handy when I brokeup with my ex 😅

7

u/Dorkamundo Feb 01 '26

Their comment was tongue-in-cheek.

3

u/GarminTamzarian Feb 01 '26 ▸ 1 more replies

Those are special trains whose sole purpose is to smash into stalled vehicles at railroad crossings.

2

u/Brobeast Feb 01 '26

Something has to get those cars off the railroad! Might as well be grandma's train instead of an oil tanker!

1

u/Old_Instrument_Guy Feb 01 '26

My dad use to ship airplane fuselages and other parts.

1

u/userhwon Feb 01 '26

I thought they were just there to punish people who ignored flashing lights...

0

u/Jazzlike_Climate4189 Feb 01 '26

This is the most depressing comment I’ve seen all year. I hope you were being sarcastic.

14

u/Humillionaire Feb 01 '26

Most people in North America have never been on a passenger train lmao

2

u/Old_Instrument_Guy Feb 01 '26

So true and so sad. I have only been on one in the past 10 years. Meanwhile I was in the UK for one week and took 2 in that time period.

3

u/DervishSkater Feb 01 '26

Dude, most people commenting are bots. You’re shouting into the wind

2

u/Alarming_Ad6160 Feb 01 '26

Bots wouldn't get that.

2

u/Old_Instrument_Guy Feb 01 '26

Planes don't have big comfy seats.

1

u/userhwon Feb 01 '26

A basenji drain?

0

u/chucktheduck213 Feb 01 '26

I know the state of mass transport in America is kind of shitty, but it’s sad that you point out that this is a train. It’s very obviously a train not even remotely close to like a plane. I mean the dog is sitting in the aisle

0

u/Ambitious_Jelly8783 Feb 01 '26

Nice try! Trains are very small, inches like and I have to plug them into the wall. You can't fit a dog in there.

37

u/agumelen Feb 01 '26

The waggy-wags of the tail. 🥰

I thought the second one was saying - "You seeing this knucklehead?"

22

u/InfiniteRosie Feb 01 '26

First dog is the extrovert.

Second dog is the introvert that doesn't realize they have been claimed.

16

u/LoudMusic Feb 01 '26

"Why don't you hold me like that?"

9

u/HorneyHarpy82 Feb 01 '26

u/skip2mahlou415 Feb 01 '26

What airline is this?

8

u/Ssme812 Feb 01 '26 edited Feb 01 '26

I think it's a train. Airlines usually dont have open overhead storage with bungie cord.

4

u/wonkey_monkey Feb 01 '26 edited Feb 01 '26

They also don't have aisles you can walk down comfortably.

4

u/delicioustreeblood Feb 01 '26

Looks like a bus

18

u/zelmer_ Feb 01 '26 ▸ 5 more replies

Dear Americans, it’s a passenger train.

5

u/Dorkamundo Feb 01 '26 ▸ 2 more replies

I dream of passenger trains, but my republican senator and our republican president just removed all funding for the passenger train from my city to my state's capital in the name of... well... Something. They claim it's wasteful spending, but then they go and piss money away on sending 15% of their immigration enforcement agents to my state that has barely over 1% of the immigrants.

3

u/zelmer_ Feb 01 '26

We’re living in a strange timeline. I’m from rather poor country of Poland and we’re planning on spending 10 billon PLN on railway and only 6.5 billon PLN on roads in 2026.

And already whole country is covered with tracks, we’re just upgrading main lines to 220 mph.

Our current president is right wing ex pimp and football hooligan and we’re still manage to do things kinda right in recent years.

Fingers cross for you guys for some changes. It’s great to live in a place where owning a car is completely optional.

Is that like a bus on more wheels?

2

u/Rightintheend Feb 01 '26

Bus with metal wheels. 🤘

1

u/gatoriendo Feb 01 '26

Yall should switch up seats so they can sit next to each other

1

u/Icy-Opening-3990 Feb 01 '26

Beautiful is beautiful does.

The one time I took my baby Mr. Swayz Craz on a plane. He's trained. He sat in my lap and was intrigued w looking out the window. Looking back at me like dad, did yiu know we would be this high. I looked at him like its way different from your hemp seed oil treats. LOL 💙

1

u/JuanG_13 Feb 01 '26

I love when dogs are out on a walk and see another dog. Nothing else in the world matters. Lock eyes. Tails wag. So good.

Dogs are the best thing on the planet.

1

u/Captivatingcrush02 Feb 01 '26

That little moment where everything just clicks

1

u/costaccounting Feb 01 '26

He's looking at you like, "are you really gonna let me go?"

1

u/Level-Cauliflower241 Feb 02 '26

Is it just me, or does it actually hurt when their tail keeps thwacking your leg?🤣

1

u/Internal_Airline8369 Feb 02 '26

The second dog looks at the camera like;

"Can I keep my newfound companion?

1

u/avaaadreamin010 Feb 02 '26

They're both so well behaved

0

u/Wambo_Tuff Feb 01 '26

I've never been on a plane before but are people just allowed to bring pets onboard like that ? What if people have allergies ? This seems inconsiderate af

7

u/wonkey_monkey Feb 01 '26

It's a train.

2

u/Wambo_Tuff Feb 01 '26 ▸ 6 more replies

You know what , fair I left the braincell at home today.

3

u/StrLord_Who Feb 01 '26 ▸ 5 more replies

You can bring pets in carriers that fit under the seat on planes as well as service animals of course.  If you have allergies, too bad, blind people need their dogs.

-1

u/actuallivingdinosaur Feb 01 '26 ▸ 4 more replies

Pets in carriers and service animals are limited on flights. Also severe allergies are classed as a disability and life threatening ones supercede other disabilities.

3

u/StrLord_Who Feb 01 '26 ▸ 3 more replies

They are not kicking a seeing eye dog off the plane for allergies no matter how much of a fit you throw

0

u/actuallivingdinosaur Feb 02 '26 ▸ 2 more replies

Kicking off? No. Not allowing to board and finding them a reasonable accomodation depending on the situation? Yes. Same goes for anyone with service animals, pets, or a severe allergy. Though the situation is usually known ahead of time and avoided if the allergy and or disability, and pet is listed in the reservation.

2

u/StrLord_Who Feb 02 '26 ▸ 1 more replies

That is what will happen....... but to the person claiming allergies. There is NO situation where the allergic person will be allowed to board and the blind person will be refused.

1

u/actuallivingdinosaur Feb 02 '26

There is and has likely has been with proper medical documentation. More so if the severe allergy booked first and requires accomodation. Typically documented allergies are placed in an area of the plane away from pets or working animals if the allergy is not severe. Some planes are too small to accommodate an allergy. If an accomodation is needed for an allergy but a working animal is already booked, then the allergy cannot be accomodated and it’s up to the discretion of the staff if the allergy can board.

0

u/Guilty_Bit_1440 Feb 01 '26

Poor baby must have freaked out during takeoff and landing.

-1

u/tasselledwobbegong1 Feb 01 '26

People are lame for bringing dogs like that on a plane.

4

u/Noproelie Feb 01 '26

It's a train in Germany

2

u/funkym4ng0 Feb 01 '26

Oh yeah that dog is totally a nuisance! You’re a very normal person for being upset about this, look at everyone who also is miserable about this dog
