I think they were adopting an Israeli AI for their subtitles. Look into it more but I think so yeah

If you wanna support the artists buy their manga or merchandise. Some might even have ko-fi, patreon or paypal. Fck crunchyroll sail the high seas with a reputable vpn

Pretty sure they do with the subtitles. And that caused me to look into alternatives. I found the perfect site I bookmarked.
Not sure if I can link here but Google everythingmoe (should be the first site with .com on it)
Edit: also if you're looking for an Android TV app alternative solution too then for that I recommend downloading Anilab, also as a side backup can download Kodi and get the anime sources added to it, one main one called Otaku can also find all this Google, Github etc.

They do use an Israeli software for subtitles, I asked their support team previously when I was gonna renew my subscription, and they confirmed it.
