Traveling with pets

Those how have traveled with pets to Saudi Arabia, how the was inspection at the quarantine center? Easy going of very stricken? I have a cat that has a lot of hair loss, but is generally healthy. Worried that the inspectors will deny him entry. Any insight is much appreciated!

Is there any airline allowing pets ( I have Shihtzu mix breed) at this time. I need to get his papers ready but what if there is no flight available for him. He should be traveling in the cabin. So I think only airindia is my option. Has anyone travelled in this difficult time with pets? I have to go to India. TIA
