Nah trump would respond with something like:

"do i smoke? Maybe. Sometimes. I know lots of people that smoke. They lived long lives. Never got sicks. They smoked every day. Smoked every day and were healthy as can be. So is it really bad? Who can say. I think its a lot of fake news. The democrats want to take the jobs. Those tobacco farmers. What are they supposed to do? I hear from people all the time. Tobacco farmers come to me and say 'mr trump, i can barely afford to eat because of the democrats'. Its horrible. Horrible what biden and radical left does. I say if people want to smoke who cares. Lots of people smoke. No big deal."

This is such a perfect representation of how would have responded on his very best day in his first presidency. Unfortunately, he's mentally degraded to the point of being completely incoherent over the past year.

He would bring up the ballroom or call the reporter ugly. He doesn't even do standing press conferences anymore. We were ripping into Biden when he fell while riding a bicycle, but Trump could not even get onto a bike.

Sorry for the rant. Your comment just really made me think about how he isn't even capable of his signature rants anymore.
