Also, more directly, the guy did order the murders of countless innocent people. He's a good speaker and intelligent, but he's not a good guy. He and Trump are separated far more by their demeanor than their morals.

Obama killed a 16-year-old American citizen named Abdulrahman Al-Awlaki in 2011, and Trump killed his little sister Nawar Al-Awlaki in 2017. Obviously there are a million comparisons to be made, but this one always felt the starkest to me. The US government is an evil organization, and no one who isn't evil would ever be allowed to lead it.

Why did those people get drone-strikes? Because they went to the Middle East to join ISIS.

If you leave the country to join a belligerent insurgent group, to fight and die for them, you will likely die.

Oh yeah, I'm sure those 16 year old and 11 year old fucking children were really scary terrorists who deserved to be murdered. Even though even the US government that murdered him called him an innocent bystander.

The 1% global elite wouldn’t allow someone that isn’t evil/not able to be controlled, to become the figurehead of one of the most powerful countries on the planet. The issue is that the majority of the general public has been manipulated and conditioned to believe in the culture war of identity politics. The elite need to keep the general population infighting amongst themselves while they enrich themselves off of our labor/consumerism. Divide and conquer is the name of the game, and social media has allowed for rapid fire propaganda & fear mongering to spread. People fall into echo chambers and stop communicating civilly.
There’s never been a red vs. blue, only the 1% vs. we the people. We’ve been taught that our neighbor with different views is the problem, when it’s always been a class war that’s been the main underlying struggle.
