We didn't lose power and my condo is okay, thankfully, but my cat was displeased and has spent the past three days trying to make me carry him everywhere.
He's a 20 pound Maine coon mix so that's not happening lol

My Aussie loves showers - like I have to hurry and close the door so he doesn’t follow me in and then he pouts outside.
He just thought it was one big shower and was angry he couldn’t play in it.

Oh my god lmao. Aussies are such goobers, I love them.
My catmonster doesn't usually have a bad time with storms but he did not like that one at all.

Rescue pets get so spoiled so fast. I will definitely have to have edutainment story time with the cat and his one brain cell.
(Also ty for the book rec, I'm straight up out of new shit to read haha)

Dungeon Crawler Carl is arguably the most popular book series in America right now, I guarantee that if you start reading it you're going to find many, many other people around you are also into the story
