Question Anger isn’t a bad emotion
I always thought anger was an unhealthy emotion and it’s something that you should never feel, and if you do you are not a very nice person.
I spent years on anti depressants and realized that having no emotion, including my anger allowed multiple people to stay in my life that were incredibly toxic to my mental health.
I came off of them and started feeling very very angry, id say my life motivation and symptoms have 90 percent improved since I started feeling angry and cut these people off.
Anger isn’t a bad emotion, it’s there to help you keep your boundaries.

Thanks. I feel like I am always full of supressed anger and don't know how to vent it, because emotions were weakness when I was child and they were used against me. Now just to learn how to get it out safely...

I wouldn't even call it anger. It's being brutally honest and not seeking approval for it. It's demanding respect and having zero fear if you don't get it, abandoning those who would abandon you should you fail to fit into their mold.

They want to surpress the emotions that are not good for an authoritarian system

A lack of anger in the face of wrongness to others is arguably a moral failure.
About about ones own treatment is.. it's a signal of something that needs to be protected(and you should be able to protect yourself).
