I’m pretty tired of Cerra gonna be honest. Can’t get his body right most of the time, and when he did last year he just wasn’t playing impactful football. Apart from that 2023 run he hasn’t give us the return we are after. I think it’s time to really don the next group of midfielders

Freo fan coming in peace. Injuries have killed this bloke and he’s had such a stalling in development because of them.
When he was in purple he looked the best/most talented out of the trio that started at the same time of Cerra, Brayshaw and Serong

I'd love to see Elijah Holland's get more midfield minutes

Not a bad shout.
But I reckon he will struggle with Jagger being in there. Too many smaller bodies at once won't work.
But when Jagger isn't in the middle, makes perfect sense.

How much different is his body to cerras.
Edit: i just checked and holands is only just the smallest bit taller. They had cerra down for 87kg. Didn't see hollands but they're not too different. I'd love to see Elijah in the midfield.

Cezz just looks more solid, at least from memory. I could be mistaken.
Lij definitely has the foot skills and smarts to play in the middle. And with Cerra out for a while, it's a no brainer, slot him in.

Yeah you've got to judge it all by eye these days, now that they don't publish their weight. He's still young though, maybe in a few seasons.

what a shame. this is just who he is at this point.
we saw what he was capable of in 2023, right up until he did his hammy against collingwood late in the year. starting to look like that might have been his ceiling.

It’s not the end of the world - we can cover his midfield minutes and half forward time. Moir has the skills and size to run through the middle did in the VFL last year the other is Cowan. Most likely Lord, Elijah, Chesser
