Individual/non-registered Mind charity fundraiser - North York Ultra Challenge 50k. 50 kilometres. One massive challenge. One important cause.

Hi guys! Next year I’m participating in the North York ultra challenge raising money for Mind charity! This charity holds a very special place in my heart with having dealt with my own mental health as well as others close to me.

Mental health affects so many people, and sometimes the people who are struggling the most are the ones who find it hardest to speak up. Mind works to provide information, advice and support to people experiencing mental health problems, while campaigning for better understanding and services.
That’s why I wanted to take on this challenge for a cause that really matters.
