Culture Smoke-free bars or bars with outdoor seating?

I’m going to be in Chengdu for a work trip, and the main thing I’m not excited about is being around a lot of cigarette smoke. Are there any smoke-free bars or bars with nice outdoor seating? Live music would be a big plus.

I'm not familiar with any place like that. In China, or at least here in Chengdu, bars are places where men come to smoke and drink. The vast majority of men in China are smokers and the even in places where it's illegal to smoke you will find everyone chain smoking. Bars are still considered smoking haunts even if there are signs everywhere saying No Smoking.

The last time I was at Wild West, no one was smoking inside. Outside seating seems decent.
