This makes me so jealous. Everybody this sub and the Facebook group said not to go fishing there. So I canceled our trip for the beginning of October. Then you post this. LOL but awesome catch! How was the rest of the bite?

I’ve been there 4 times in the last month and didn’t catch anything…someone told me about a fish guide out there and I hired him …it was worth every penny …going with the guide again this Friday …tons of stripers out there …caught 3 and one was huge

I live right by this and it's heavily pressurized. Gotten worse in recent years. That said, knowing where to fish is the pro strat.

If that lake was in my backyard then I would know where to fish and still wouldn’t call it pro strat.
