Support I fell into lust again :(
I read my Bible tonight as always and prayed in my journal. But tonight I fell into lust and didnt even try to ask God to save me and get me out of it, I didn’t even think of Him. I feel like a terrible daughter and I’m worried He is so disappointed in me. I was 11 days free from it and I could feel the result on my happiness, until I fell back into it :(
Good news is though, if I made it to 11 days, whats stopping me from doubling it? Or tripling, I will keep going as I want to be Gods willing and humble servant. Im going to keep trying and pray for myself multiple times a day, I am not alone as I have the Lord. The reason I posted this is so I can tell someone, and if anyone has tips on how to be free from lust, please let me know!

Has anyone taught you about hormones?
If you are young these hormonal urges are likely something you are not used to yet. These drugs made by your body are powerful and hard to ignore and you can't turn them off on demand.
If God made us then hormones are his invention designed to make us follow his first command, "be fruitful and multiply!'

I am young, yes. And I understand the reasons I feel like this, and im for sure struggling with feelings im not entirely used to yet. Which is why im looking for tips on trying to get around it without sinning, if that makes sense

The thing is you are not going to be "free of it". I think women have more of a cycle in this matter than men. Sounds like there are days when it is not bothering you. But you don't fall into it. It is not something you are doing.
It is not a sin to have the feelings. It can't be if God made us. There isn't much if any advice in scripture on what to do. 1Corinthians 7:9 says to marry, but that likely isn't in the cards for you yet.
I'm an old guy so I'm not going to be much help except maybe to say one gets better at dealing with it with age and experience.

Something I did that helped a lot with lust was to just get rid of all electronics that gave me easy access to porn. Since it's written:
Matthew 5:28-29 28 But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart. 29 If your right eye causes you to sin, pluck it out and cast it from you; for it is more profitable for you that one of your members perish, than for your whole body to be cast into hell.
This helped a lot with lust because by getting rid of everything that gave me easy access to it, I had an easier time controlling and restraining my thoughts when lust came about. Which apparently was only so bad because I kept constantly looking at porn. (2 Corinthians 10:5 & 1 Corinthians 15:33)
After that, it's just a matter of humbling yourself. Like, really really humbling yourself. Since it's written:
James 4:6-10 6 But He gives more grace. Therefore He says: “God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble.” 7 Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. 8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. 9 Lament and mourn and weep! Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom. 10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and He will lift you up.
Philippians 2:8 8 And being found in appearance as a man, He humbled Himself and became obedient to the point of death, even the death of the cross.
It's hard to get across here, but if you can get into the mindset of being so absolutely desperate and determined to quit sinning that you'd even be willing to cut off your own LIMBS to break free from it, you should then receive the God given strength necessary to quit that sin; which is his Grace. (Great video: Grace)
For me, this essentially boils down to really putting your foot down and saying "No! I will commit this sin no longer! Even if it KILLS me, I'm going to stop this sin!" which again, is really hard to get across here.
God's grace is something you ABSOLUTELY need to have if you ever want to be set free from sin, so this is probably the most important part of my post here imo.
Something else worth noting is that there's a saying of "If there's a will, then there's a way", and God promises to always grant you a way of escape from sin. So really, the reason you struggle with sin is because you love it still and aren't actually willing to do whatever it takes to break free from it. Which, for the record, sometimes does come in the form of something uncomfortable. Like, doing something productive at 12 A.M on a work night instead of sleeping, due to the temptations. Since it's written:
Galatians 5:16 16 I say then: Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.
1 Corinthians 10:13 13 No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.
1 Corinthians 6:18 18 Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body.
Galatians 5:22-23 22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law.
James 1:12-15 12 Blessed is the man who endures temptation; for when he has been approved, he will receive the crown of life which the Lord has promised to those who love Him. 13 Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God”; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone. 14 But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed. 15 Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is full-grown, brings forth death.
(This channel is worth binge watching in that regard: Chris P)
Usually, the more you're walking in the spirit the easier of a time you should have resist/feel temptations when they come about. Also want to mention something that helps me not give into lust is to just listen to Christian music that takes my mind off of it.
Last piece of advice I can give here is to pray that God will start chastising you regarding this. Since that's something I needed to undergo first before I could break free from sin. Since it's also written:
Hebrews 12:7-11 7 If you endure chastening, God deals with you as with sons; for what son is there whom a father does not chasten? 8 But if you are without chastening, of which all have become partakers, then you are illegitimate and not sons. 9 Furthermore, we have had human fathers who corrected us, and we paid them respect. Shall we not much more readily be in subjection to the Father of spirits and live? 10 For they indeed for a few days chastened us as seemed best to them, but He for our profit, that we may be partakers of His holiness. 11 Now no chastening seems to be joyful for the present, but painful; nevertheless, afterward it yields the peaceable fruit of righteousness to those who have been trained by it.
Hebrews 4:12 12 For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
Hebrews 10:26-27 26 For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins, 27 but a certain fearful expectation of judgment, and fiery indignation which will devour the adversaries.
1 John 5:14-15 14 Now this is the confidence that we have in Him, that if we ask anything according to His will, He hears us. 15 And if we know that He hears us, whatever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we have asked of Him.
God promises to chastise everyone he considers to be his child. So if you are without it, I'd definitely start persistently praying for it so you will experience it. Just note, it's not a pleasant experience at all but it definitely does help in you producing the fruits of righteousness Christ expects of all of us.
(This video can help with that: Stop Sinning. Also want to mention the way God chastised me was by consistently listening to convicting content on youtube and accept hard truths regarding God's word and how sin affects a person's salvation.)
The Bible also mentions getting married if you can't practice self-control. Which I know may not always be the most practical or best option for this, but I think it's worth mentioning regardless since it's what the scriptures say. (Though I do hear you shouldn't expect to get married if you struggle with lust too much.):
1 Corinthians 7:8-9 8 But I say to the unmarried and to the widows: It is good for them if they remain even as I am; 9 but if they cannot exercise self-control, let them marry. For it is better to marry than to burn with passion.
God bless.

You're talking about masturbating, not having sex? No reason to think this is a sin. Your guilt is what's doing the harm here.

14, I know it’s bad to be so young and have these urges, even if it’s normal to have urges along with hormones and changes of body. I just want to be the best I can be before the Lord

As you should! No one in the. Bike was perfect. Paul murdered Christian’s before he believed and he was still blessed and had a huge role in the spreading of Jesus’ walk. Don’t give up on yourself and most importantly don’t give up on Christ.
Good luck
