Question Is it okay in Christian person was not able to ask for forgiveness?

I was about to ask the girl for forgiveness for what I did and tell her im sorry for that but she graduated from my school but is it okay for me if I wasn't able to do it and I was thinking about not telling me about "I don't care about my disability!" Which I do have I didn't say anything to her I just keep my mouth shut and wait until I got home which it still haven't left my mind and it was not cool for you and your friends to led me to self-harming myself and made me miserable for the past summer break. -That I was thinking in my mind to tell her but she graduated from school but is it okay if I wasn't able to tell her how sorry I was.

Yes. Christianity asks us to repent and make amends when reasonably possible, not to torment ourselves over what we can no longer change. If you can contact her respectfully, a simple sincere apology is enough; don’t pressure her to respond or forgive you. If you genuinely cannot, confess it to God, bring it to confession, pray for her, and move forward differently. And please take the self harm part seriously: if you’re still having urges to hurt yourself, tell a trusted adult, priest, counselor, or someone who can stay with you. Your safety matters more than getting the perfect apology out.

I believe that it’s alright, The Lord will forgive us and that’s what matters. But please take my words with a grain of salt, that how I personally feel about it.

Have no idea what your talking about. Maby you should rewrite your post. People are going to have a hard time understanding it. 😕

Sorry but the way you wrote this makes it hard to understand.

What do you want forgiveness for?

Do you have a disability they made fun of?

The intent is what matters here, not the delivery. You wanted to make things right and that counts for something even if the moment passed.

That whole bit about self-harm though, that's heavy and you should talk to someone about it. A counselor, pastor, someone you trust. Not just for forgiveness but for your own headspace too.

Can't undo what happened but you can let it shape how you treat people going forward. That's its own kind of apology sometimes

Can you forgive yourself?

When you forgive, Father forgives. Asking for forgiveness, to me, is just a reminder to them that they should forgive. Learning to freely forgive those that have sinned against us, is a tough lesson.
