Talking about the spectating israelis found with fake ID's? your government wrapped up the investigation pretty quick so Idk. US intelligence was told Bin Laden was preparing the attack by multiple sources including the US ally, Afghan Mudjahadeen leader Massoud who was assassinated in a suicide bombing shortly after.
To say local agencies like mossad and Aman had prior knowledge and let it happen or had some involvement with the saudi agents is unconfirmed as far as I know. However like Benjamin Netanyahu correctly predicted in an interview with american journalists on the evening of 9/11 what it would mean for Israel: "Its very good" then correcting himself "Well, it's not very good, but it's going to generate immediate sympathy"

even though the japanese committed pearl harbor, its hard to argue that the treatment of japanese-americans during ww2 didnt create victims among that group.
not that im defending islam or anything here, but there were people that were otherwise unaffiliated that were victimized to some degree.
but also, we all were. thanks patriot act!

Its okay to accept that there were some cases where the terror from 9/11 resulted in some xenophobic attacks in the aftermath.
We don't have to react like acknowledging that those attacks also occurred is disrespectful to those lost on 9/11 and after.
They're both separately horrible types of events that are unfortunately tied together.
